The chair in the bathroom is a place for your valet to sit while you bathe so that they will be at the ready with the heated towel. The other alternative is for your personal secretary to discuss the days appointements. Note that it is politely aimed away from the tub.
This guy gets the award for “Least Likely to Tell Your Client Your Home is Overpriced” award. He has some seriously out of whack listings. The Washington, Lyon, Vallejo and especially the Chestnut listing are crazy overpriced. I won’t even discuss the Pacific $65m joke. Keep dreaming.

“This guy ” , (Joel goodrich), does list properties wayyy high, but he reminds me in a nostalgic kind of way of the old days of San Francisco real estate. Colorful expensive ties, bentleys, amazing cocktail gossip, and parties for clients at places like Maxine’s in Paris (Vincent Fria used to fly clients there for his infamous New Years Eve party). This was before every realtor wanted to be part of the “high end” market, and before the credit bubble. The game back then was not to get the listing, but to get in with the very small group of people who actually had money in this city. As an architect I would watch from the sidelines, but it was great entertainment.
