The curb appeal is rather charming.
The interior is rather quirky.
And if nothing else, the photos are a distraction on an otherwise rather grey day.

What exactly does a “quick” interior entail?
Love the 70’s porn studio interior of the basement, err, “lower level”.
Does lack of ceiliig/sheetrock/plaster in the basement living space meet fire codes? I would think not!
do a search on the meganslaw database for this neighborhood and you wont be making the porn jokes much longer.
That carpet really holds the room together.
The price is way too high for a below average neighborhood. You can definitely get a better deal and a much better neighorhood somewhere else.
There’s something odd about that shower.
I think this is good value for a charming (if not a little quirky) house. Time will tell.
I understand there were 4 or 5 offers on this house…all well over the asking price.
there was an offer even before the offer date.
@joe…the bathroom is not up to code according to the docs. it also smelled like mold. but – still cute and comes with a hot tub. will be curious to see what it sells for
