While “this very popular neighborhood dining destination” has been quietly listed for sale at $295,000 without any mention of its name, address nor any hint of exactly which Potrero Hill restaurant it might be, the sale includes its equipment, liquor license and the S-Corp under which it’s operating. And the name of the S-Corp is: Aperto Inc. (which is currently celebrating its “25th Year in Potrero Hill!“).
Not included in the sale, however, is the physical real estate at 1434 18th Street. And while the current rent for the 1,100-square-foot space is $4,875 per month, the buyer will need to negotiate a new lease. Oh, and the dining room mirror has been excluded from the sale as well.
The little muffins they bring you for brunch are so cute. Hope they don’t change a thing.
Guess I can stop wondering how this place stays in business.
$300K and no guarantee of getting a lease? That’s one expensive liquor license.
goat hill pizza would be better
