    As per the listing: “…recently remodeled to include a state of the art kitchen and 1/2 bath…” There are permits for the bath. I believe if kitchen remodeling needs requires no new plumbing/electrical/exhaust- just replacement fixtures and cabinets- there’s no need for a permit.

    The sale of 300 Valley Street #6 closed escrow on 2/28/12 with a reported contract price of $1,199,000. Once again, the Noe Valley condo was purchased for $1,200,000 in July 2005 and a new half-bath and “state of the art kitchen” were recently added.
