Purchased for $1,200,000 in July 2005, last year a new half-bath was added within the 1,910 square foot envelope of 300 Valley Street #6.
Back on the market and listed for $1,199,000, the listing for the three-bedroom “best of Noe” St. Paul’s Primary School condo also notes: “recently remodeled to include a state of the art kitchen” (although we don’t see any permits for the kitchen remodel online).
∙ Listing: 300 Valley Street #6 (3/2.5) 1,910 sqft – $1,199,000 [Redfin]
•Homeowners Association Dues: $597.
Looks like a great deal for a place anywhere within the ballpark of this one with similar amenities.
Why do so many of the remodeled kitchens look like bank lobbies?
mm2: probably because banks remodel to look like kitchens. makes you more comfortable [Removed by Editor]
As per the listing: “…recently remodeled to include a state of the art kitchen and 1/2 bath…” There are permits for the bath. I believe if kitchen remodeling needs requires no new plumbing/electrical/exhaust- just replacement fixtures and cabinets- there’s no need for a permit.
