  1. I stopped at 69 Waller during my broker tour today, as I haven’t been to this unit since 2005 (when the unit sold for $956,500). Very nice, spacious flat (about 2000 sq feet). Great for buyers who need a lot of room. But the windows do look out on the construction site and will eventually be facing a building. So if you’re sensitive to living up against a large condo complex, 69 Waller won’t be for you.

  2. The list price for 69 Waller has been reduced another $81,000 (7%), now asking $1,049,000. Once again, purchased for $1,100,000 in January 2008.
