“San Francisco’s most livable community”? Please, let’s not be absurd. This is not a horrible location, and the park is nice, but it is way down on the list of “livable communities” in SF. As curmudgeon notes, this is really a decent sized 1BR in a so-so neighborhood. I’ll be amazed if it sells at anything close to this price.

What do you mean? Most two bedroom condos have the two bathrooms like this. Very few have two bathrooms each with a separate tub and shower and dual vanities.
I believe the comment was about the size of the 2nd BEDROOM not 2nd Bathroom.
indeed you’re right Rillion. Perfect office, but tiny bedroom. But while we’re at it…why waste all that space on 2 bathtubs (and three vanities) when it is most likely that there will only be 1-2 people living in this unit.
