Purchased for $1.45 million in July of 2015, the 1,614-square-foot unit #4 atop 38 Lusk Street returned to the market priced at $1.475 million this past October.

The penthouse level loft features high ceilings with an abundance of natural light, new appliances in the kitchen, a full bathroom on each level, an East facing private terrace with skyline views, and a deeded parking space in the garage with HOA dues of $415 per month.

And the re-sale of 38 Lusk Street #4 has now closed escrow with a contract price of $1.45 million, the same price it fetched in mid-2015 on an apples-to-apples basis, not accounting for the kitchen refresh.

  1. Now that is a killer bachelor pad for hosting parties. Commuting down to the South Bay, or inviting your friends up from there, is easy given proximity to Caltrain. That entire area will continue to improve with the halo effect of the Chase Center, Central Subway, and general Mission Bay buildup. Congrats to the owner.

  2. Property….Meh……location /+ Nice that is has side windows. Otherwise kit & bath need complete redo.
