126 Miraloma Entry

Designed by Henry Gutterson and meticulously kept by two families since 1928, the 6,800-square-foot English Tudor home at 126 Miraloma Drive was listed for $4.25 million in February and reduced to $3.85 million in April.

On Friday, the sale of the five-bedroom home closed escrow with a reported contract price of $3,330,000, a little under $500 per square foot and $920,000 under its original asking price.

  1. The bathroom is fully functional. I guess “godawful” is not a precise term, but I’ve seen much MUCH worse. You could fix this by simply updating the tiles to something less 1980’s.

  2. Hope the house is loved by its next owner! Nice wood, nice views, less than a mile’s walk to West Portal and its multiple Muni lines. A lot of house. If having a large family ever becomes a status symbol the way it has in Manhattan, this is the perfect house for it.
